My lemonade stand is named so fresh and so squeezed. We sell two types of lemonade regular, and Strawberry. We squeeze the lemons to order with the squeeze press. We also make tshirts with our logo, witch is a lemon and in the inside of it says so fresh and so squeezed. We sell lemonade at Fountain Square Mall. And at some events 

 

It has evolved over the years by making Strawberry lemonade and tshirts and also making a facebook page for are business. We did well on the taste and we can work on being more out going. That we would like to increase the options of lemonade like sunset. Also expanding to have a self-serve option of freshly squeezed of the day. Lemonade.  They can serve themselves some lemonade that was made that morning.  

 

Our obstacles included keeping fresh produce. It was also a struggle to have enough ice. My dad and co-owner of so fresh and so squeezed would run out and get more ice when we needed it. I want to expand the lemonade options for customers. 

 

Running a lemonade stand is fun and exciting. My favorite part is giving lemonade to someone and them loving it.
